I write the scored answers in your tender response
You send me the link to a live tender. I read the published evaluation criteria and write the quality and method-statement answers to the weightings and word limits the buyer actually set. Fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts.
Run by Ruben Mocke, sole proprietor, based in South Africa. I work for two kinds of buyer: small firms that already bid for public contracts and need the writing done properly, and bid-writing consultancies that need overflow drafting when their own desk is full.
What you get, and what it costs

- Three win themes specific to that tender.
- One fully drafted answer to the highest-weighted question.

Overflow drafting for bid consultancies
GBP 295 per scored answer — minimum two answers, white label- Individual scored answers drafted to your house structure and your client's evaluation criteria.
- White label. My name appears nowhere in the deliverable.
- I never contact your client.
Turnaround: 24 hours for up to four answers. First order: delivered before you pay, so you can judge it on the draft rather than on my say-so.

How it works
- You send the tender link. One email with the portal link or the tender reference. Nothing else needed at this point.
- I send you a market brief, free. Built from published contract award records: what this buyer has awarded before and to whom, the value range of comparable contracts, and who else wins work in the same category. No charge, no obligation.
- You approve in writing. One email saying go ahead on a named product at the stated fixed price. That email is the contract.
- It is delivered. Compliance Pack within 12 hours. Full Tender Response 48 hours before your deadline.
- You pay. The Compliance Pack is invoiced on delivery. The Full Tender Response takes a 50% deposit to start, balance on delivery.
What you have to supply
I write. I do not invent facts about your company, and a bid that invents facts loses on verification. Before drafting starts, in writing, I need:
- The tender documents themselves — the ITT, specification and response templates you download from the buyer's portal. I cannot access buyer portals; you are the registered bidder.
- Two or three relevant case studies or past contracts — client type, scope, value, dates, outcome.
- Named staff for the roles the tender asks about, with their real qualifications and experience.
- Accreditations, certifications and registrations you actually hold, with numbers and expiry dates.
- Your pricing, or the pricing decisions already made — I do not set your price.
- Any policies the tender calls for, or a clear statement that you do not yet have them.
Send it as documents, notes, or plain bullet points in an email. It does not have to be tidy. It does have to be true, and it has to be in writing.

I work to your deadline, not mine. If the time left is too short to do the job properly, I will say so in the first reply rather than take the work.
What I do not do
- No calls, no video meetings, no site visits. Everything is in writing, which also means every instruction is on the record.
- No percentage-of-award or success-fee pricing. Fixed price only.
- No guarantee that you will win. Nobody can honestly offer one.
- No pricing strategy, legal advice or accounting advice.
- No submission on your behalf. You hold the portal account and press submit.
