Funding business plan, bank-ready, in 48 hours

A business plan written for the application you are actually making: SEFA, NYDA or IDC funding, a bank loan, a landlord who wants to see a plan before signing the lease, or a franchise application. Structured the way that funder assesses, with financials built on your numbers. Fixed price, in writing, before anything starts.

Free funder checklist. Tell me which funder you are applying to — SEFA, NYDA, IDC or a bank — and I will send you, the same day, the exact document checklist that funder assesses applications against. Free, no obligation, and useful even if you write the plan yourself. WhatsApp us or email ruben@deadlinebiddesk.com.

Who this is for

Prices

Starter plan — applications up to R500,000

R4,500 — fixed, 50% deposit to start
  • 15–18 pages: business description, market, operations, management, use of funds.
  • Three-year financial projections built on your numbers.
  • Structured to match the funder you name — SEFA, NYDA, IDC or bank — not a generic template.

Full plan — applications of R500,000 to R10 million

R7,500 — fixed, 50% deposit to start
  • Everything in the Starter plan, plus:
  • Market research section with sourced figures for your industry and area.
  • Five-year financial projections.
  • The compliance annexures your funder's application pack calls for, assembled from your documents.

Update or refresh of an existing plan

R2,500 — fixed, 50% deposit to start

You already have a plan but the funder, the numbers or the business has changed. I rework the existing document to the new application: updated financials, updated structure, updated facts. You supply the current plan in an editable format.

For context: established South African consultancies commonly quote R15,000 and upwards for a funder-ready plan. This desk charges less because it is one writer with no office, no sales staff and no meetings — not because less work goes into the document.

How it works

  1. Send what you have — on WhatsApp or by email. The funder's name, what the money is for, and whatever documents or notes exist. It does not have to be tidy.
  2. Fixed quote, same day. One of the three prices above, confirmed in writing. No hourly billing, no surprises.
  3. 50% deposit by card. Paid through a secure Yoco payment link. No bank details are exchanged.
  4. Draft in 48 hours from deposit and complete information.
  5. One revision round on your written comments.
  6. Balance on delivery of the final document, by the same card link.

What I need from you

I write from what you send. I do not invent revenue, customers, qualifications or track record — a plan built on invented facts fails at verification, and you carry that risk, not me.

Who you are dealing with

Ruben Mocke, sole proprietor, Mossel Bay, South Africa. One writer, not a call centre. Everything — quote, scope, price, delivery date — is agreed in writing before work starts, so it is all on the record. Payment is by card through a secure Yoco link only: I will never ask you to EFT money to a bank account given by email, which is how funding-application scams usually work. If anyone asks you for an EFT in this desk's name, it is not me.

What I do not do

Start with the free checklist

Say which funder — SEFA, NYDA, IDC or bank — and get their document checklist back the same day. If you want the plan written, quotes are fixed: R4,500 Starter, R7,500 Full, R2,500 update.
