R8,500 — fixed, 50% deposit to start- Written response to one advertised tender: functionality and technical criteria answered against the published scoring schedule.

Turnaround: delivered before your submission deadline with time to review — if the time left is too short to do the job properly, I say so in the first reply.
Funding business plans — SEFA, NYDA, IDC, banks
R4,500 / R7,500 — Starter and Full plans; updates R2,500Bank-ready funding business plans, drafted in 48 hours: Starter plan R4,500 for applications up to R500,000, Full plan R7,500 for R500,000–R10 million, and updates of an existing plan at R2,500. There is also a free funder document checklist for SEFA, NYDA, IDC and bank applications.
CIDB grading application pack
R2,500 — fixed, 50% deposit to start- Completed application pack for a CIDB contractor grading designation: forms populated, supporting-document checklist, and the written submission assembled from the records you supply.
- CIDB's own application fees are separate and you pay those directly to CIDB.
Payment — card only, phishing-safe
50% deposit to start, balance on delivery. Both are paid by card through a secure Yoco payment link sent with the invoice — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No bank transfer details ever change hands: I will never email you an account number to EFT to, and if anyone does so in this desk's name, it is a scam, not me.
If I decline the job after taking a deposit, or cannot deliver by the agreed date, the deposit is refunded in full. See the terms.
How it works
- WhatsApp or email me the tender number and the eTenders link, or the funder and the application form.
- I reply the same day with the free scoring map (tenders) or funder checklist (funding applications).
- You approve the fixed price in writing.
- You send the facts: company documents, CSD registration number, BBBEE certificate or affidavit, tax compliance status, past projects, staff and their qualifications.
- I deliver the written response by the agreed date. You check it, sign it and submit it.
What I need from you
- CSD registration number and company registration documents.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and tax compliance status.
- CIDB registration and grading, where the tender requires it.
- Past projects: client, scope, value, dates, completion certificates or references if you have them.
- Key staff, their real qualifications and their CVs.
- Your pricing and the bill of quantities, where one applies.
I write from what you send. I do not create certificates, references, experience or numbers that do not exist, and I will not sign anything on your behalf.
Who you are dealing with
Ruben Mocke, sole proprietor, Mossel Bay, South Africa. One local writer, not a call centre and not an overseas outfit. Every quote, scope, price and delivery date is agreed in writing before work starts, so everything is on the record.
What I do not do
- I am not a CIDB, SEFA, NYDA or IDC agent and I have no relationship with any of them. Submitting a well-written application does not make it succeed, and nobody can honestly promise that it will.
- No success fees and no share of contract value. Fixed price only.
- No calls or meetings — WhatsApp and email, so every instruction is in writing.
- I do not submit on the portal for you. You hold the account.
